Can we sing in English?

Sure thing!!!  Last Tuesday  19.01.2010 our most talented students took part in an English Song Competition held in Puławy. The competition was organised by the ZSO Nr 2 in Puławy and the Pearson Longman Publishing.
 A group of five students: Kamila Rybkowska, Aleksandra Rybkowska, Kamil Pastwa, Mirosław Mazur and Przemysław Kosidło represented our school in two different categories. Kamila, accompanied by Kamil playing the guitar, performed together in a song” Ready for Love” by India Arie. The jury decided to award them in the category of solists. The whole five presented the jury with the ” Hallelujah” song by Leonard Cohen with the twins: Kamila and Ola doing the solos and the boys band accompanying on their guitars. The song made them winners in the category of bands.
